本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛本人刚收到第二封信，大概内容如下：
Dear ______:
Initial assessment of your application has been completed. However, a vias officer has still not been able to determine whether or not a selectio interview is required. In order to complete the assessment, you must provid originals of the documents marked below:
1、Updated proof of funds for transfer to Canada(original bank statements) ；
2、Notarized photocopy of the birth certificate for yourselt ,spouse and all dependants ; of marriage certificate ; of degree and diploma.
Please note that if you fail to provide the documents requested within 45 days of the date of this letter, you application will be assessed based on the information you have provided. This may result in your application being refused for non-compliance. Please enclose copy of the present letter.

随附打印有“邮政编码、邮政地址、姓名、档案号码”的四个空白不干胶标签，没有要求靠IELTS。
请问：
1、我交材料时已将原件一并交上，为何还需要影印件？
2、空白不干胶标签是否填好寄回？
