我家于今年年三月Book 了 Green Saver 的Home Energy Audit 服务（Cost $150），四月间他们公司的检测员来到我家作了第一次测评，随后给出了测评报告（我家得58分），含改进建议。夏天我们实施了各条改进建议里，十月又请检测员来到我家作了第二次测评。

昨天收到Green Saver 的来信，告知我家改进后得70分，为此可获得政府奖励$727。

我家这次改进共化费约$6000, 能获得额外政府奖励，还是很高兴。有需要者也不防一试。Good Luck!

I also had the first test and have a score of 57. The tester said we have a potential to score 65 if we follow his suggestion. But 65 sounds too low for me. Like to hear more tips from you.

1. Change the furance, reinstall a new high efficient furnace. This is the most important part for us, as it give us 8 points on that
2. Air Leaking, do the cauking everywhere.
3. Insurance, changed one outdoor, redo the insurance of two wall, this is not the fun part: remove the drywall, put the insurance stuff in(R-20), put the dry wall back.
