人面不知何处去,桃花依旧笑迎春
早练习归来,今天又可以高位下拉85磅了,真开心。而且比以前拉得轻松一点,我觉得是前两天大吃大喝的结果,吃喝两天后,肌肉都开始增长了😀。
唉,每天都在退步,上一周的85磅现在正式退步到75磅了。就因为连着吃了几顿好菜好饭,偷懒了两天没有去gym。真是稍微一出溜就退下来了
