  • 枫下家园 / 房东 / 各位同学能否分析下,如果后面通胀能回落并稳定到3%,那房贷利率是不是会回到到3-4%,那房租是不是也会跌回去?当然,肯定回不到零利率时代的水平了。

      • 出租成本取决于:房贷利率(主要),地税(次要),维修费用(不定)。利率下来,成本就应该下来。但地税、维修费用涨了,就跌不回原点了。
    • 刚看到日美国人民报煞有介事地说,西方肯定要爆,这种事情很少见,本来很严肃的喉舌。
    • 通胀下去只是说明物价不涨了,不代表物价会跌回去。那也没有道理期望房租会跌回去。看八十年代那次数据,通胀回去以后,房租并没有再跌回去。 +1
