中国断供烂尾楼的做法，可以借鉴一下：租户可以不付房租，房主可以不负贷款，银行可以找政府赔偿，政府想办法增加税收，形成完美闭环。

大部分租户还是支付房租的，那些遇到"租户不付房租"的房东急吼吼地租给租霸，能怪谁？你这想法太天真了，居然还想全国全省提高税收来养活租霸？那样的话，就是鼓励所有租客都不付租金了。谁付房租谁有病。
