当然以后会涨。但是应该每年不会涨得离谱。总比每年换ISP要好。我们家也是因为都在家办公，想换一个网速快的package都考虑了很久了，我们原本就一直用teksavvy。因为好需要换modem要加钱买，所以一直拖着。Bell Fibe的速度很快，可以允许全家都在网上看视频。还modem免费，安装免费，bell streamer免费。从teksavvy换过来，还有基本电视频道，网速提高很多倍，价格还便宜几块钱。原来经常被家人一看视频就卡，恼火得很。网上面试的时候的全家不看视频，免得面试卡顿。

Agent一开始不告诉你，等着收账单才知道.我刚给他们打完电话。他们的internet hub质量差，不稳定，换了两次，最后Agent 说给我upgrade 到一个新modem,internet 计划不变，也无额外费用。信他才傻，今天看账单，每月收我$7（税前）租赁费。这年头没听说过还要自己花钱租modem.打support ,一线员工说没办法，也不能再downgrade 回旧型号的猫。让他转给他的头，就把credit给我了，但只给12个月，明年此时还得打电话。在家上班，需要稳定的Internet, 用了九年的Bell，看来是时候换了。我的internet 计划一直叫Fibe 50，真实的情况是fiber 还没铺到我们小区呢。

对，我们也是这样，我们是bell打电话进来的。3方同时通话，然后网上确认。你收到邮件以后，确认是bell的网址发出的邮件就没问题。那些bell销售是外包的，他给我看了他tablet的salesforce的网页上面的报价等信息。bell需要确认你的订单以后，他们才能拿commission。 -tracyd(等待明天); 2023-12-29 {283} (#15857963@0) +1
bell的账单不会马上让你支付的，你需要创建一个mybell的账号，安装了2-3周以后才会需要你支付账单，所以不会有假。骗局一般都是马上要拿钱，是不会有这些手续的，也不会是bell公司发出的邮件。
另外，网络骗局都不会有真人现身。我们这小区，很多人家装了摄像头。上门来骗人，吃了豹子胆了。

我大约用了四五年这样，长到108，实在受不了它的高价，打电话去讲价，我说能接受80的价，被拒绝了，于是取消了BELL，上了Rogers，1.5G的55每月，加税60多，二年合约，二年后再换回BELL，Bell现在给新客的也是1.5G 55，真想问问他们，费这么大劲拉新客，为嘛不照顾老顾客，不这么猛长价，很多人懒得动来动去的。对了，我已经用上了Rogers网之后，BELL给我又打了一次电话来，说可以给我很优惠的价，和新客人差不多的，可惜我已经签订了ROGERS，都付过第一次费了。
