      买家没有权利要求卖家warranty任何东西、买到什么是什么、死没死过人、种没中过大麻，房子跑没泡过水都是自己兜底。银行也不会批贷款、全款买。适合胆子大、赌性强、现金多的买家，可、正常靠工资生活，需要贷款的买家买到这样的房子可能会死的很惨。
