Microwave Oven. I use 1000w, high power, 5 minutes. Cover with plastic film, using fork to punch several holes before put into oven. Fast, convenient and delicious.

豆豉炒鲜鱿
用料:鲜鱿鱼250克,青椒50克,笋肉50克,豆豉泥10克。
配料:葱1棵,姜1块,高汤、湿淀粉、米酒各0.5汤匙,白糖、酱油各3茶匙,味精、麻油、胡椒粉各1茶匙,蒜泥、精盐各2茶匙,花生油。

水煮牛肉
1、将牛肉切成5厘米长、3厘米宽的薄片,装入碗中,用酱油、料酒码味,用水豆粉拌匀。
2、蒜苗、白菜、芹菜择洗干净,分别切成长段和块。
3、锅内油热下干辣椒、花椒,炸呈棕红色,下郫县豆瓣,炒出红色,加汤稍煮,将蒜苗、白菜、芹菜放入汤锅中,加酱油、味精、料酒、胡椒面、盐、姜片、蒜片,烧透入味,捞入深碗内。
4、将肉片倒入微开的原汤汁锅中。用筷子轻轻拨散,刚熟就倒在装配料的碗中,随即淋沸油,使之有更浓厚的麻辣香味。
