Yes. You can do it your self.
Found the turning knobs on the door opener, it should have 4 of them in most of the models, two "knob” marked with an arrow. One down and one up. . Turn the up arrow clockwise, to change the open and closing travel distant. This will fix up the door reopen when it hit the ground when closing.

The other two knobs are for the load setting, which marked with a circular arrow, clockwise and counterclockwise,
Counterclockwise increase the load. Clockwise to decrease the load,

Try it both why half turn each time, to found the proper setting, try it few time. (Remember this, no matter which way you turn, make note on how many turn you make, by remember this, in case if it do not make it better, then you always can go back to the original position)

    不管用车库里的开关还是遥控器，同样的问题。

    有一个门打开的时候，往上动一点就停下了，再按开关就关上了，再按开关就打开了。有时候就这样好几次也关不上。

    关门的时候呢，下到底又弹回去了。

        这个是照片，只有两个钮，一个叫 up force, 一个down force，墙上的控制器上标的是Sears Craftman。问题是下到最底就要关上是有戈激一大声，好像是哪里卡了，但Locate不到，我现在到处上点油试试。
