根据申请PR Card的经验, 我的一点建议.

今天才正式地把5444表打出来细看了一遍.N多的疑问. 打电话去活贤社, 说11月6日会专门开一个讲座. 界时教你怎么填表, 再告诉你几个公证机构.

由于等不及那么长时间, 网上的经验又不能全部Cover我的疑问.干脆打电话到CIC去问. 没想到那儿的Agency的态度真是好得令我汗颜. 我们都拿着表, 一个空一个空的对.他还时不时地解释为什么要这样填. 直到所有的问题全部Cover.我都不好意思坏了, 他还说: Thanks for calling.

所以, 劝大家有问题不要不好意思打CIC的电话问. 他们的回答应该是最直接和正确的吧.

还有找Commissioner of Oath也是这样, 走最官方的路线可能是最直接和最经济的. 我刚给我这个区的MP的office打了电话, 秘书答应帮我约了时间再通知我具体日期.

你打1-800-4636868去问你这个区的MP(Member of Parliament), 接线员会问你的住址和邮编, 然后会告诉你MP office的电话.

I'm in the same situation as you are. I'm at Shenzhen, and going to make declaration with lawyer here so that he can sign-off all my documents.
Then, he will take all my document back to Canada to mail ti CIC.
