So what I heard is you may have to have $6000 expense for the first 6-8 months. And if you are new immigrant, you don't know anybody here, you need time to establish networking here, that might takes time too. Real Estate Agent is not a easy job. Besides, there are 100,000 people take real estate exam in Ontario, which is double than 2001. 我建议还是找老外经纪，又耐心态度又好。我一个朋友找了一个中国的所谓的金牌经纪，买了个房却快被气死了。

先要Pre-approval:可以理解，大概他想知道你们是不是准备好买房子了，她不想你们只是看看而不买，另外这可能也是他了解你们购买力的一个方法
看三个房, 要你下OFFER：她如果是push你们下offer的话，就很糟糕
说你这点钱能买就不错了：她那是自毁声誉。我的agent曾经告诉我在我想要的区我的钱拿不下来，但绝不会这样说
让她还价, 她倒者要你加钱.：这个不好说，看场景。买卖必须双方满意才能成交，光还价不行，光加价也不行，但是agent如果让自己的client觉得不满的话，他就是不合格的。
所以还是那句话，get rid of her immediately
