The view is good. However, you could be disappointed since it's the same noisy and dirty as many other Indian cities. Probably more dirty, since there are more cows on the streets. Food is tasty!

There are many different styles of yoga. The most traditional one, Hatha Yoga, is very mild on the physical bodies. It focuses more on the mind.
