Starting Jan 01/2015 All goods importing from China will no longer have the benefit of GPT rate of duty. Full duty will apply. On the same day. Most of the goods importing from South Korea will have zero duty.

Should be CIF ASWP; Cost, Insurance & Freight paid, to Any Safe World Port by seller. After arrival in port, it becomes the buyer's responsibility

Not a problem. But if you have a trade mark. Then you are registering it because you will use it for business. Then you will require to have a business. Ones you use that business to do transact business overseas. Your business is active. Therefore what ever this business made. You will be required to pay profit tax.

probably need a health certificate and the export plant has to be a Federal establishment. You may want to check the recieving country requirement.
