            As part of the efforts, people try to gain credentials for various purposes, including green card applications. It can be challenging to maintain ethical and transparent reviews under such circumstances.
            • Does an honest review earns credibility for the reviewers? I don't know how that "industry" works.
              • Yes, a peer reviewer is considered an expert in their field. An EB1 class applicant often show off number of papers published and reviewed, to boost their application. +1
