昨天一位网友提到了ＢＶＦ，　Biovail Corp。今天查了查公司三月的报告。Since Biovail recently agreed to pay a fine of 10 million to settle SEC charges that it engaged incertain past fraudulent practices, it's currently rated by HOLD/SELL. BVF remains under investigation by the Ontario Securities Commission. BVF recently undertook a broad strategic review of its business, wich we think was partly triggered by dissatisfaction with the company by Eugene Melnyk, BVF's founder. Melnyk ahs proposed a new slate of directors.
