Hi, I am a CGA candidate but am working in the mutual fund accounting for a bank. I had been working as a general ledger accountant for years here and joined the bank a year ago. I was excited to join the department thinking it was related to accounting. I regretted at my decision now since it seems bank industry is not a good place for a person pursuing CGA. It is more for MBA and CFA guys, especially after reading the posts in this forum. I am now in a real dilemma, which is whether to change my job. Please give me some advice.
