Step 0: Install Rolia to your home screen:

When you see something interesting, tap on the "share" button, like the one below:

Scroll down the app list in the "Share" interface, you will see Rolia's logo.  Tap on it.

If you plan to share to the main forum, choose a category.  Or you may share to another forum.
