Every university has many programs to choose from. I think the applicant shall check university websites and get a good understanding about what are over there.

IMHO, there are basically two types of university education: for career development, such as engineering and commercial programs; and for personal improvement, such as art programs. Obviously the second one does not help much in finding a job.
