    • ●  Day 4: Friday: 65.1KG 967899. 25% redness remains on cheeks,eyes become bigger, feel light and sleep better. Morning sneezing/allergy has totally gone for 4 days. Detoxification works pretty well on my food allergies. Shouldn' eat any spicy food in the future

    • ○  I'd recommend classes at YMCA. You pay for the membership and get unlimited classes. They are drop-in classes. That means everyone can join.
      • ○  Thx! I will wait for the pandemic to disappear first......dare not to attend any group classes at this moment...😅.....I will try youtube lessons first😊
        • ○  If you go with a video, search for those "for beginners". When you do it, listen to your own body. If your body says no to a pose, then don't do it.
          • ○  I tried ashtanga yoga, it is so hard I could not complete it. And I couldn’t do some poses.
            • ○  It took me more than one year to roughly complete the primary series. This included 2.5 months full-time learning in Mysore, India.
