    • β—‹  Watched Downton Abbey last night. Found that it's hard for me to build connection with the British monarchy or aristocracy. 😊
      • β—‹  True. I understand.
  • A quick note: I smelled A quick note: I smelled
    • β—‹  Have you got the problem fixed?
      • β—‹  Thanks for your kind concern. They are working on it now.
      • ●  I got super busy. Originally I was very busy with stress for something else recently, but last night the heating system even brought me more work to do suddenly. Now I am still eating my first meal today (very late).
      • ●  Installed a new furnace. They worked hard and I spent a lot. Thanks!😁
        • β—‹  I always complain to my husband that the money we make all go to the house.
          • β—‹  Nowadays housing is the biggest part of my living expenses.πŸ˜„
    • ●  Sounds not so right. Hopefully you have it fixed before it gets too cold.
  • The safestβ€”and maybe most honestβ€”places to live in Canada The safestβ€”and maybe most honestβ€”places to live in Canada
    • β—‹  Long time ago Toronto was safe and honest.
      • β—‹  Yes. Population growth, changes of population composition and people's or residents' background, ..., all of these factors have changed the society.
    • ●  My small town is safer than Toronto, :)
      • β—‹  Good for you! I love a safe, honest and friendly community, no matter it's in a big city or a small town.:D
  • Soup of ribs and radish Soup of ribs and radish
    • β—‹  Good jobπŸ‘! Bon appΓ©tit!
      • β—‹  Thanks! Home-grown radish, by the way. 😊
        • β—‹  Great. I can see these radishes are good and tender, not hollow onesπŸ˜‚.
          • β—‹  Haha, a good surprise. πŸ˜‚
    • ●  Yummy, gluten-free?
      • β—‹  Yes. But I love gluten!
  • Markets in Jerusalem Markets in Jerusalem
    • β—‹  Ten measures of beauty descended to the world, Jerusalem took nine.
      • β—‹  But my opinion is: Ten measures of sorrow descended to the world, Jerusalem took nine either.
      • ●  Really? 😊
      • ●  Why and how? Could you list more details? Thanks!
        • β—‹  This is Jew's famous classical motto....
          • β—‹  Oh, right.
    • ●  I would say the Hanukkah candle holder represents one of the characteristics of the local traditional culture. Nice to see the local scenes of street alley and market. Did the restaurant just use a half newspaper as a piece of serving tray liner? Or,is that a piece of custom printed plate liner?
      • β—‹  I almost forgot the newspaper thing! It just pretended to be an old newspaper. If you want to see a real one being use for food wrapping, go to India. πŸ˜‚
        • β—‹  Actually it's a good way for advertising. I would feel good as long as it's food grade and clean. I guess it's like this.
        • ●  I haven't had any desire to go to India yet, but I am interested in learning more about India. My imaginations are limited. Please share what you saw. Thanks! 😁
    • ●  (IMHO) if it's convenient, you can go to Japanese or Korean restaurants to taste a variety of small portions of foods in one meal.
      • β—‹  Thanks for the tips!
      • ●  Or, Costco, LOL
        • β—‹  Maybe Costco stores in GTA? The one on Vancouver Island doesn't have many sampling stands. πŸ˜‚
    • ●  Nice pictures. Remind me of Morocco.
      • β—‹  Technically they're in the same region, probably similar climate as well. 😊
