yup, as long as you write ur UFE successfully, u are eligible to write this exam to get U.S. CPA title~~~the most import thing, i think, is u can write it in Canada ;->

Just to clarify, in order to qualify for IQEX, candidates must have passed the Uniform Final Examination (UFE) in Canada and must currently be members in good standing with a Provincial CA Institute.
