    • 当然是继续下跌呀,银行加息不够梦,对房价支持不够!怕跌们应该上街要求加息,实在不行就要求银行涨贷款利率,还不到8%的话,房价反弹无望啊 +1

    • 这个数据好!一方面是购买力的下降,另一方面是中高端的卖家们还在期望3,4月份的价格,大多数都是表面光的装修然后staging的空房子,不急着卖。好像>1.5m的只是量下来了,价格好像没怎么降。所以跌派们和买家们还任重道远啊。 +2
