A good working knowledge of LAN/WAN routing, Wi Fi, DMZ, firewall, load balancer, storage, and AD is required * 5 yrs +
Working knowledge of database technologies (SQL) *3-5 yrs

Employee Enablement is an organizational group within ITS which manages key components of TD's technology infrastructure. Through strategic partnerships with external technology providers such as Rogers Wireless, Bell Mobility, BlackBerry, Apple, MS and VMware.
The candidate will report into the Mobility team through the Mobility manager. This team has been established to specialize in supporting Mobility infrastructure and devices which are growing rapidly across the enterprise.
Job Description & Accountabilities:
The incumbent will be a member of the Mobility Operations support team This position is suited for an individual with advanced proficiency in supporting AirWatch (VMware) and BlackBerry (BES) environments as well as secondary middleware technologies (IIS). Strong problem determination skills are required to troubleshoot and resolve business application/infrastructure issues. A good working knowledge of LAN/WAN routing, Wi Fi, DMZ, firewall, load balancer, storage, and AD is required. A solid understanding of incident, change, and problem management methodologies is mandatory. As a member of the team you will be accountable for the following:
• Advanced knowledge of supporting AirWatch, including server upgrades to v9.1.
• Advanced distributed knowledge on Windows servers
• Maintain secure computing facilities and technical infrastructure and architecture.
• Experience with deploying applications (app wrapping & SDK)
• Research, solution, and build accountabilities
• Working knowledge of database technologies (SQL)
• Working knowledge of MS exchange
• Manage problem resolution with multiple support groups, outsourced vendors, and 3rd party vendors.
• Develop and implement process improvements in support of improved customer service and reduced costs.
• Build knowledge database
• Experience with packet capture tools and analysis
• Work closely with Engineering and Architecture teams
Other Skills & Experience:
• Understanding of the corporate mobility policy, process, and solutions.
• Mobile Device Management solutions and méthodologies
• Excellent communication skills as you will be supporting a number of senior staff including many executives
• Is comfortable with working with rapidly changing mobility technology
• Well organized, self-motivated as well as a team player.
• Contribute to and/or develop the process by which decisions will be made regarding technology standards, mobility direction.
• Contribute to ongoing assessments of architecture strategy.
• Apply knowledge of dynamic business requirements and architecture to influence build, improved processes.
