DIY南韩猪骨汤

xiaoxiaoai (艾)

做法很简单,猪脊骨熬个一小时,放南韩豆瓣酱和南韩辣酱(这两样配料最关键,华人超市可以买到),再放切小块的土豆熬20分钟,再放洋葱,蘑菇片,白菜,再熬个15分钟就可以了。一家都很爱这个微辣的猪骨汤,送白饭简直超爽。豆瓣酱和辣酱的比例自己试自己调,一般一勺豆瓣酱配半勺辣酱,看个人口味而定。
