- Limiting the Gross/Total Debt Servicing (GDS/TDS) ratios to our standard requirements of 35/42;
- Establish minimum credit score of 680 for at least one borrower; and
- Non-traditional sources of down payment that increase indebtedness will no longer be treated as equity for insurance purposes.

cmhc参加了这次的pandemic的救助,不救助不打紧,一救助发现水池怎么那么大了。如梦初醒般,一直以来别人赚钱自己担风险,眼看东窗事要发,人跑了说不定还怪自己水龙头没关紧,乌纱帽不保。
