          据了解，这是去年德州在加州放的广告牌，诱惑更多的企业搬到德州去，因为许多工作都依靠电力，而加州在拆除核电站以及去除天然气发电后，仅靠所谓的“绿色能源”——太阳能和风力发电已经无法满足加州的用电需求。
