可以答应清洁，但不能答应Covid-19清洁，免责条款必须清楚。否则人家搬进来2个月之间被传染了，你就吃不了兜着走了。

法庭上租客也没有办法证明是condo室内传染的，除非搬进去之前先检验出病毒，那是不可能的

肥皂及任何消毒物品都能使covid失去活性，covid 对紫外线也很敏感，普通清洁去后房间空两天就达标了。所谓covid清洁自己打印个证明就行。
