In December, the GTA condo market saw 2,193 sales, making up 30.5% of the month's total. What's more, sales were up a whopping 75.4% annually.

          • 我看你贴图的最后一行new listing已经和sold的数量持平了。这种情况下不知道为什么active listing会增加。
            • 数据来自著名的zolo. 估计zolo定义new listing是首次全新上市的,而terminated/price changed后重新上市的不算。如果真是这样,那实际dom还要高。 +2

    • 我相信downtown的condo市场很快就会一切如常。我从不相信老板们真的那么仁慈会让员工以后一直在家办公, 大学更不会让学生一直上网课。 这些人随着疫苗的普及会很快回到downtown 去的。 +4
