我基本上已经不使用代理定机票，订旅馆了。我经历过一次通过代理预定服务。我要求取消后，代理说不能取消，我说能取消，因为商家有取消服务的说明。代理这才不得不取消订单。因此，不差钱的话你要直接使用商家预定服务最好。
