这周的计划看着不错。 一个也没实现，主要时间贡献给iPhone了.到是有两个意外收获：最高档的Short Hills Mall; Nolita area. 。
Short Hills Mall: most upscale mall?
先是跑了几家AT&T 店，卖完。然后去Apple Store, 觉得New Jersey 买得人可能相对少，就设上GPS, 去那店，卖完。 结果Apple store 所在的Mall却高档惊人" Nowhere else in the world can you find such an unprecedented collection of upscale specialty retailers. The region's preeminent shopping destination includes 160 specialty stores and restaurants including Anne Fontaine, Cartier, Chanel, Crate & Barrel, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Juicy Couture, Legal Sea Foods, Louis Vuitton, Polo Ralph Lauren, Space.nk.Apothecary, Tiffany & Co. and anchors Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue." 还有北美少见的Burberry 和我喜欢的Banana Republic . 展示的车是Bentley. 大热的天如不想在第五大道挨晒的话，这Mall绝对是有钱购物者的去处。（真是世界上最高档的？ 看来在NY/NJ两州内是的)

吸取了教训，在网上查好了供货情况（www.apple.com/retail/iphone After 9pm to check availability), 下班坐subway/bus去了Apple 在纽约的SoHo store, 走到了，也看见排队的人群，很高兴，但随后被告知，今天的排队早已结束。每天限量， 能排上队的，平均要排4个小时。这次Apple 为了杜绝灰色unlock市场，规定必须店内开通。而且要：“To purchase and activate iPhone 3G, you need the following:*1） Credit card ；2)Social security number ；3)Valid, government-issued photo ID ；4)Your current wireless account number and password or PIN (if you’re new to AT&T) “。 Apple
SoHo 所在的Prince 一条街，相对安静， 全是有特色的或有情趣的小店。跟其他乱七八糟的街道（如Time Square , MSG 附近）成鲜明对比。 第一次有逛街很舒服的感觉。结果周末坐飞机时，随机杂志的重点文章就讲的那里：Nolita, tcucked into a corner fo downtown Manhattan , a neighbourhood which less than 20 blocks sqare, is full-to-bursting with hip boutiques and restaurants. Nolita is the last stand of real bountiques in New York. While most new yorkers bemoan the invasion of the big-box shops and the demise of mom-pops and chic one-off storefronts, one of the city's quarters is keeping it cool. Its semi-official boundaries are marked by Houston St, the Bowery, Broome st, and Lafayette st and it is known as Nolita: means "North of Little Italy"
