You probably had a problem when received your initial PR Card...that later date (June) should be the date they issued. You can find the date you become a PR on the Card too.

The date to count when eligible for PR card renewal or for citizenship, is the date you became PR - date you landed in Canada as PR. so should be Feb.

You birthday might be in June, most of the cards expires on your birth month, e.g dirver's license, health card, etc., I guess just for the converience of you to remember to renew them.

NO, PR card's expiry date has nothing to do with Bday....Good guess though. :)
