Get a customs broker to clear it for you. A Freight Forwarder is not a Customs Broker. Clear it under your company as a commercial shipment. Chance of getting reject is almost none. Duty is zero and GST is exempted. Ones you recieved the tea> No further is requiredd. You can sell it or use it right away.
