  • Somewhere under the rainbows

This is in the town of Moalboal, on the Cebu Island of Philippines.

In the early morning of the day I left, I was chatting with a girl snorkeling there.  It was raining.  When the rain stopped, suddenly we saw these rainbows.  The girl volunteered to be my model, although I didn't have a chance to get her email.

    • Very nice moments! Especially the one with the smiling girl. Whenever she was there,
the sky became brighter and more beautiful! Don't worry, Sailor. You have many ways to find her later if you want to, even without her email. Just keep the picture posted, she may find you as well.
      • She's a good model in the picture. :) Good for her if she finds this post.
        • Did you forget to give her your name card or contact info? If she has one of your contact or even just the name of this website,
she will be able to find you. Or, she just needs to search the name of island, then she can find this picture and your post. You may have to be patient to wait a little bit longer, but you can find her later eventually as long as you want to do so. By the way, If there is anything I can help you, please feel free to let me know.
          • No, I didn't leave any contact information, not even my name. Neither did I know her name. But she is a good model, I think. :)
            • Yes. She was a good model. Next time would you like to try multiple shots so that you could get different pictures corresponding to different sizes and locations of the character(s) in the pictures of the landscape.
            • I think the second picture is good for the character. If you also prefer to show the beautiful landscape,
including the colorful rainbows, the bright blue sky, the white moving clouds, the vast navy ocean, and the special style boats, I would suggest you to make some pictures with smaller sizes of character(s) and also locate them at different spots of the pictures. In this way you may get even better ones.
              • Good point! Lots of things for me to learn about photographing. :)
            • Sorry, I am just a candid and picky viewer with much less knowleges and experience than you on photographing. Please don't be offended. Actually you did a good job. Thanks for sharing, sincerely.
