    • No significant changes were found on their shapes and colors after one month at freezer. Before the frozen test, the fresh ones were kept at refrigerator for 3~5 days. +1
      • You're a scientist! 😂
        • Yes, I am.😄
    • Add: 70 days frozen test of mooncakes. 1). Picture of three testing mooncakes upon taking out of freezer - they look still good except their colors are significantly lighter than the freshly made ones. 2). Took one of the three, +1
and reheated it in a oven. The color is very good now after reheating step ( see the picture of single mooncake).

      • 👍🏾
        • Thanks! We ate it this morning,
and found it's still very delicious as the freshly made ones. So far so good. There are still two mooncakes remaining in freezer for 3 months frozen test. It's not easy to keep them for such long term tests without eating of them, since my daughter and myself all love to eat them very much.
      • A correction: "taking out of freezer " - should read as "taking out from freezer". +1
