    • Yummy! Looks professional! 😊
      • Thanks! My recipes are creative. 😄
        • Care to share please? It looks so nice :)
          • Thanks! I would be more than happy to share it, but some of the measurements are by my own ways, not by accurate weight or volume. I am going to find my last night's baking notes now.😁
            • No rush....Don't think I will be able to make it until after New Year. Thank you !
          • The cell phone screen flashed while I was typing, so I need to type again. Please wait.
          • Please see list of ingredients here:
            1. Warm water: 1.25cups;
            2. Peanut oil: 4 tablespoons, other oils are also ok;
            3. Sugar: 3 tablespoons;
            4. Salt: 1 teaspoon;
            5. Chia seeds: 2 tablespoons;
            6. Wheat Flour: 3 cups (usually all purpose type is used, but mixing with smaller amount of other types of flour is also ok );
            7. Instant Yeast: a small bag (8g). Bread machine yeast is definitely good as well;
            8. Walnuts: 1/4 cups, cut into small pieces;
            9. Cashews: 1/4 cups, cut into small pieces;
            10. Cranberries : 1/4 cups, cut into small pieces.
          • Following the order of numbers on the list of ingredients,
            add items 1 to 7 to bread machine's container (attention: add flour first, then add yeast onto the top of flour at the center area), then turn on bread machine. I chose a basic program (program 1, total time 2hr53min). Also I chose 1.5lb size, medium crust. My machine model: Black&Decker All-In-One. I added ingredients 8, 9, 10 after the program started for about 18mins, when stirring was on pause ( display time reading 2:35). Reminder: I didn't measure the accurate temperature of the warm water, but I think it's around 50-60 Celsius degrees. It should be slightly higher than the normal temperature range for rising, considering loss of heat during many steps of adding ingredients.

            • Thank you so much Sunny for the detailed steps...Seems that I have pretty much all the ingredients at home except one, bread machine, LOL. Any workaround about that?
              • You are welcome. I will try handmade way when I get time and let you know if I think it's good. 😁
