It's a male duck. Female ones are not colourful. I guess they get used to being fed by humans.

Now I found that male animals actually dress more colorful, stylish and beautiful than female animals by their feathers or leathers. 😂

The reason is that female animals don't know anything like money. If they do, they would go for the richest male instead of the most colourful one.
