my personal opinion is BAC still cheaper than C, mean I would rather buy BAC then C;

C didn't merge and gain anything in this crsis; a pure loser;
but BAC at least get 3 in 1 (BAC, CountryWide, Merrill Lyntch);

again, just my own 2 cents;
I may hold C unless it's low enough again;
