      we expect they will get some claims around VEN & GSL. Now they got the permit. 12 km is not that far plus random sample result up to 8.43gpt which means it is prospective.       CA might be comparable to GWY as they are both columbia gold play. GWY has just done a pp with full dilution around 50m shares gives them a market value 40 million dollars. yes, they are closer to VEN but they don't have claims around La Colosa.

      Financing is coming to complete the deal. hope they will do it above 50 cents.
