still very optimistic on US real-estate (look at those R.E.I.T s, e.g. PLD, DDR, PEI, nobody can stop them going up, Even new home builders like LEN, PHM, DHI, KBH, looks good to me for long term holding; ) , commodities next ; YMYD;
