I tried to sell a light crude oil contract at market order, but my the IB platform doesn't allow me to do that, I had to call them, after they fix it, I already lost US$500, and they said they don't know what is the problem, and they won't compensate for it, because when I sign the agreement, it says they won't compensate for any lost from their system problems.

我更惨, 上周一只股票被止损出来了, 可ETRADE 帐号上显示没被FILL. 第二天早盘我看不妙赶紧卖了. 谁知到收盘前5分钟帐户显示负500股, 打电话给ETRADE说是系统问题显示错了,让我别担心.可第三天帐号还是显示负数, 且成交纪录是昨天临近收盘. 打电话给ETRADE, 说可能是系统未及时更新, 很抱歉我得买回来. 气得我话都说不出来, 接电话的一个劲对不起, 没有赔偿损失, 只能REBATE 我的COMISSION. 那天大盘大涨, 可怜我低抛高买, 单差价就亏了$480.

基金到好了，只要是一天内取消或者更改，对客户和顾问都没有损失的，反正价格是收市定的，主要是股票。万一下错了号码，给买错了，或者买到别的客户帐上，如果价格在这段时间内跌了，损失就是由自己抗的。 -xz2029(Jenny：升华啦); 2008-3-20 {40} (#29336@43)
