While we are positive on Saputo's leadershi position in the Canadian diary industry and it's strong positoin within the US diary industry, along with its strong cash flow and solid financial position, we are concerned about the valuation due to ptential negative implications from high cheese prices in US and changes in the pricing for cheese in canada.
