Did you notice an improvement in the way you handle issues and people in your
team? Do you receive more positive feedbacks, and from whom?
The PMP did increase my confidence.

I was already pretty good at handling people and
issues but it gave me the framework to discuss scope, budget, and time.
Example: I defined multiple go forward options for my Qantas project when the A380
airplane delivery was delayed. I was able to define them in terms of more or less scope
with corresponding budget and timeline changes.
