absolutereturn, thanks for the analysis. I own the stock too @ 0.54. Won't sell until I get at least a double. This is also one stock Peter Grandich strongly recommended too.

没有,我的RRSP在CIBC。我一般是buy and hold, 交易不太多。最近比较闲,才做的频繁一些,$395 for 50 trades, no share limit. IB可以开RRSP户头吗?它不是$2 for 100 shares?

CIBC's $395 package is a good deal. I believe all brokerage has RRSP accounts. I have mine at Etrade.

E*Trade (www.etrade.ca) charges $19.99 flat per trade if stock price is under $1(or $9.99 per trade regardless of stock price if total assets with Etrade exceed $50K).

The stock closed today at C$0.7, while they only asked for $0.52 for the $60M financing deal. Considering this info, I guess this $0.7 quote is too high? Anybody can give me any suggestions?

How much a stock is worth is not determined by how much someone is willing to pay in a private placement. If anything, someone is willing to participate in a private placement only if he/she is convinced of the upside.

But does the $0.52 mean the actual share price that the company views itself? Besides, that $0.52 comes with a warrant. So the true share price is even lower. I am not saying that this stock does not have potentials, but ....But does the $0.52 mean the actual share price that the company views itself? Besides, that $0.52 comes with a warrant. What is that? If you is interesting this kind of thing, believe me or not, you should buy GGL instead of RVI. In this way it can be saved your money and time.

If you could shed more light on why GGL is a good investment, I am sure it will be appreciated by many.
