Expand your time horizon a bit longer and the dividend growth numbers start to look downright ridiculous. For example, five years ago, the Boulder Growth & Income Fund (NYSE: BIF) was paying dividends of just 0.75 cents a month. Today, it's paying almost 12 cents a month and yielding 18.4%. Steady income is nice, but it's hard to find fault with a fund that has grown its dividend payout by +1,433% in five years.
