前两点我还能理解，第三点“钞票过剩”不太明白，要请教一下。货币金融体系是建立在morden commodity trading system上的，钞票是bank notes，记帐本而已，什么叫做过剩？我不认为那7千个亿的多余印刷出来，是国库里本来就有的，有黄金做后盾的。
