· Continuous integration, build and release management processes (Jenkins/Hudson nice to have)
· Excellent negotiating, facilitating and communication skills.
· Shell & Batch scripting
· Build management & Automated build (Ant required, Maven nice to have)
· Websphere Application server administration (Tomcat, Apache nice to have)
· Ability to work in a project environment following Agile methodology
