The Accounting Assistant is accountable for maintaining accuracy and timeliness of all payables, receivables, banking transactions and support of the Accounting Team.
The ideal candidate will have experience and possess the following:
Account reconciliation
Data extraction, creating various accounting reports
Strong user of excel
Assisting with accounts payable
Assisting with accounts receivable
Invoicing
Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting
Providing support as needed
Skills, Qualifications and Competencies:
Accounting diploma
3 or more years of experience in a relative role
Advanced Excel user
Excellent work ethic
Ability to thrive and excel in a demanding and fast-paced environment
Keen attention to details and deadlines
Strong organizational and multi tasking skills
