    本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛© SENER Engineering and Systems, Inc. - Los Angeles, 2017 Job Description Rail/Transit Systems Engineer Responsibilities include: • Understand client’s requirements and assess documentation to ensure that a solution is designed and/or implemented utilizing industry best practices. • Deliver assigned tasks in accordance with the requirements and scope, within the agreed timescales and budgeted costs, in accordance with Company’s quality standards and procedures as well as all applicable legal and client requirements. • Provide relevant inputs to other disciplines and functions. • Hands on design: Produce and review reports, analyses, specifications, calculations, drawings, plans, etc. • Interface and coordinate (discuss and agree scope, meet, lead discussions, make presentations, etc.) with clients and partners. • Interface and coordinate (as above) with other engineering disciplines. • Monitor the status of design and provide guidance to more junior engineers and to drafters. • Manage design. Job Requirements: • 10 to 15 years’ experience in either of the following rail/transit systems: o PTC (Positive Train Control), CBTC (Communications-Based Train Control), Signaling, Safety o Electrification • and/or minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in Systems Engineering (Requirements Engineering, V&V), RAM, Safety Management and/or Risk Management in large infrastructure rail/transit systems. • Desirable experience in railways/transit operation and maintenance. • Used to AREMA standards. • Used to Transport Canada, Canadian Transportation Agency and local regulations, rules, etc. • Desirable knowledge of CENELEC standards (EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129). • Degree (Bachelor or equivalent, as a minimum). • Licensed PEng in Ontario. • Established relationships with local authorities or operators are highly appreciated. • Desirable experience in managing responses to RFQs and RFPs. • Desirable experience in project management. • Ability to develop non-standard solutions. • Ability to work in a multi-disciplined team. • Willingness and ability to learn, develop and apply new techniques, standards and processes. • Willingness and ability to take on additional tasks as needed. • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. • Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills.
