We are currently seeking a full time bookkeeper to join our firm and grow with it.

Responsibilities:

Record transactions using QuickBooks.
Monitor overdue customer accounts and handle client requests in a timely manner
Monthly general ledger reconciliations of all the balance sheet items
HST remittances calculation and WSIB Remittances.
Bank and credit card reconciliation.
In charge of accounts receivable, accounts payable and collections.
Payroll processing for various companies and ability to set up complete payroll account listing in QuickBooks.

Qualifications:

Accounting degree or diploma
A minimum 2+ years’ bookkeeping experience.
Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment where you know others count on you.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Excellent attention to quality, accuracy and details.
Strong computer skills with proficient experience in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel.
