    A growing accounting firm specializes in corporate and personal income taxes, bookkeeping, payroll, HST and business license. With office close to Hwy7 and 404, we are seeking an experienced full time bookkeeper to join our firm and grow with it.

    Responsibilities:
    -Recording transactions using QuickBooks
    -Full cycle bookkeeping including reconciliations of multiple bank accounts and credit cards.
    - Processing Payroll and generating remittances for clients GST/HST filings, WSIB filings
    - Monitor overdue customer accounts and handle client requests in a timely manner

    Qualifications:
    -Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
    - With accounting degree or diploma
    - Good attention to quality, accuracy, details and deadline.
    - Fluency in English and Chinese.
