        • Why not the buyer and seller save their own money (around 3.5% per deal) in their own pocket to get rid of the greedy agent and the fee. In the long run, +1
          the buyer and seller will make up even. The greedy agent is no longer useful in this digital world, since the info is everywhere unless you are in a rush and do not spend your big bucks wisely.
